Drinking yes, but for all other decisions, he won't need parents' signature.

 

Drinking is about the only thing you can't do at 18. I read an article this weekend stating that many people are pushing to reduce the drinking age again due to the number of Americans in that age group serving our country. I really doubt it will ever happen but they have some valid arguments.
