Might as well been using snow...

Hays Hot Rod, I tried the castrol cleaner you suggested in the Pick-Up Ripper Project thread.
So I got up this morning, heard all this laughing and general fun sounds coming from the laundry room. I went in to find the ripper laughing and backstroking in the castrol cleaner...
I put an end to the party real quick, with some REAL stripper...

Yeah, a pickup version of the HHR like the blue and red one above would be great! It would be a useless as an El Camino but very classy looking. I saw an SSR on the highway today and think the HHR design is better looking. Plus, the engine size and sticker price of the SSR is just ridiculous!

The price I agree with, but what is wrong with the engine?

OK everyone, even though the polls show that more voters want the White/Long windows, I must apologize and say that after looking at what would be involved to pull such a feat off, I`ve decided to go with the Surfer Woody.
It is more realistic, a minor grill rework, shave the handles, create the wood look, but the white one is much more than those things. It would require removing the hood, doing (something) to the rear window, if not lowering the roof itself.
I don`t think I could do it satisfactory, and proudly display something that`s sub-par. I`m B/B, not J.C. can`t do miracles.
I`ll leave this thread open anyway.
Again, sorry to disappoint anyone. B/B
PS. That`s why I don`t make them for anyone else.

You guys, I have done the Ripper that this thread was associated with, I did the Woody, and I haven`t been able to find a Ripper since after X-Mas.
The area has dried up, none to be found.
I got bored and made the Safari wagon a remote controlled veh., but the project only took a couple days (bummer).
Is any one else doing any thing?
