HHR toys

What is up with the Johnny Lightning HHR castings? I have tried to get five of theme off e-bay and lost all of them. Doesn't matter if they are silver, which I would really like to match mine, or the blue. I just lost a blue one for 25 dollars I can see giving around five or ten for one but wow 25 dollars.

I use to have a major collection of 1/18 scale model cars. The most I paid was $70. For a really nice 1/18 scale diecast of an HHR I would pay around $20-30. I used to get all of mine through www.exoticar.com.

They are a pretty rare commodity these days...at least where I live. All the Johnny Lightning I have seen now are packaged differently. Wonder if they discontinued making them. Haven't seen any in at least a year at Walmart...and if I do, I'll be sure to pick them up and let everyone know.

Our local Toys R us has the Johnny Lightning HHR's. You have to dig for them, but there are always a few in there. If you have a Toys R Us around, you may try them.

When they first came out you could have had all you wanted at $2.99 buy it now. They have finally dried up and are bringing high prices now still $10.00 would be max.If you have toy shows in your area that would be your best bet cheaper than the bay and no shipping cost.

Toys R Us doesn't have any here I did however add to lmy other growning collection of cars. Silver lining in every cloud.

Don't suppose that you would want to sell one of your HHR karen1953?

It's been a little while (around Christmas) since I have been to our Toys R Us. I'll check and see if they still have them.
