Pullman Hotel, Chicago, IL.

This is "The Cruck" outside of the Pullman Hotel on the Far South Side of Chicago.
This is the Hotel built for the elite business types during the building of the Pullman Railcars.
The entire area was created to house the workers in the factory. It`s known as the Pullman district.
There`s a semi famous clock tower being restored across the street, Hillary Clinton came here a couple years ago for the dedication ceremony.
If the Landmark seems familiar, it`s the area I take the Cruck Bros. out for air...
PS. You can see the Clock Tower in the second pic.

Sandy and Honest, you are making me drool. I love airplanes, helicopters in particular. I am an old Army Aviation guy, Chinooks. I visited the 8th AirForce Museum in Ga, was nice, but I have to come to Rucker, and now Ft Walton Beach. Love the ole B-17's and the B-25's...WOW...

Not a real landmark, but heck with ST Patties Day perhaps we are tinkin' just a little aboot the rainbows.....

EDIT:
Here ya go BB. Sorry to be so large. It is small on my screen with the 1200 x 1600 setting that I use as the default.
I resized the top and added an even smaller one too.

Which one fits better? I should get to know what size to post since we all have different settings and screen sizes as well as varying download speeds. I just hate too small on the net as there is no detail, but too large can be both daunting to see and download.

The pbase site I use has four distinct sizes available for each image. The original is the largest and sharpest. All other smaller size3s like medium and large compress and soften the image. Useful site and features.

Here is an example

http://www.pbase.com/harpozep/image/75248156/medium
Now go directly to the url and beneath the image are the size options. If you click original you will be overwhelmed by a huge image with lots of detail. Good for scrolling through. All the other sizes look like bandaids on my screen, but do show the entire image.

Anyway, thanks for the kind words. My daughter loved running outside so we could do rainbow pictures, and why not with her favorite car?

I use Arcsoft Photoimpressions 3 which came with my digital camera. When I purchased a scanner recently, I received a copy of Adobe Photoshop haven't had time to sit down and learn how to use it yet. If you Google for some, you find freeware that will reduce photo resolutions for you but be sure to check for viruses before using it!

PS: Great picture Harpo. She is just adorable! The little girl and the car!
