I need help!!

Okay, I am getting real sick and tired of this. My iPod Nano likes to shut down completely once every 2 or 3 months. It all of the sudden freezes up, and won't do anything for about 3 days. I am getting tired of it doing this. My old iPod mini used to do the same thing, and each time I bring it in, they give me some bull**** excuse and won't replace it. Do any iPod owners have any advice?? Thanks in advance.

set the hold switch on, press and hold the menu and center buttons until the apple logo comes on.

Glad to hear.
Crank up the music and let the HHR roll.

A friend from work had problems with her ipod. It did the same thing then the hard drive froze up and would not do anything. They sent it back and apple would not do anything, they even had the extended warrenty.
Hope yours keeps working now that you reset it.
