I was northbound on th I-5 this morning, in Carlsbad, happened to look to my left and a black panel (I believe) went past me at warp factor 25.

I waved, but can't be sure that the driver saw me. I have seen the plate
before. It said "I 'm a miracle", abbreviated as IMAMRCL or something like that.

As I said, this person was flying.......LOL
