There's a guy in my town that rides his lawn mower around constantly.
I finally went to the police station to complain. This is what they told me:
Since the city used to be very rural, they allowed an exemption for farm machinery, tractors and such, to be driven on the roads as long as they had headlights and taillights. And a riding lawn mower qualifies as a tractor!
This guy even parks in the hadicap spot at QT!!
As they say. it takes all kinds.

I ride my lawn mower down to my moms in my town. But it is a small town and I obey the traffic laws and move over and stop to let cars go by when they approach from behind.
Off subject a bit, there is one guy in town that rides a handicap scooter here in town, some day the idiot will get hit, almost did myself one time, he goes right thru stop signs.

Or that his wife was gonna kick the officer's
