Just Found this out!

In a magazine of Road and Track today, I came across an article that excited me, GM is now assuring us that by 2010, A brand new EL CAMINO will likely be produced, There are pictures of the new El Camino there, IT LOOKS COOL!!!!!!! , Just thought I'd share!!

I did some more research, and yes Black Rose, You are right, It is a Holden THUNDER SS, I also read that it may be uncertain at this point in time if they will actually make this car as a CHEVY, they WILL bring it to the states, But that it will likely come from the Pontiac or GMC stable, GM says Chevy's portfolio is too full right now to have a car/pick-up in their line up..

Pontiac has received the other Holden rabadges (GTO, upcoming G8), so that would make sense if they kept it on the Pontiac/GMC side of the company.

But What would Pontiac call it?? they would need to recall a nameplate from the pastI think....Parasienne?.....LeMans??..LOL!!!!

GMC used the name Caballero on their version of the car and the El Camino had a trim package in the US market called the Conquistador.
