Thumbs up Marriage Equality SOON !!

Soon, we will have Marriage Equality!! tho, I know not all agree, and I dont think it is really for courts to decide, but, if the courts didnt decide in the 60's where would we be now !!

After 16 years I don't know if I'm ready to marry Chris yet But I would sure like that option.

Dayton... if your state is a common law state, and marriage became legal, would your relationship be recognized as such?
I think California is a common law state, I'm not sure though.

I'm originally from California ... born at Stanford University, and have always considered San Francisco home. My family is all still out there. Now that it looks like marriage will be legalized for us out there, David and I are considering it ... it's a very odd feeling as I've always felt that marriage wasn't in the picture for me. Now, things have changed and it's a very different feeling.

I wish, my partner and I of 6 years broke up last year, I think one of the main reasons, was , there was no true way to express commitment, but, i'm still pining for him pathetic huh ? :)

I am all for it. Life is short, be happy, productive, kind and friendly. It's a no-brainer. But leave off the judging part, right? Didn't somebody real famous say that?

As a woman who has been happily married for 19 yrs to a man 18 years my junior, I believe that true love crosses many "barriers". One day I discovered that my mother-in-law was 18 years older than I, and we decided that we could have shaken people up more if I'd married HER!
