I searched 789 and didn't find anything

Anyone have a program they use that can risize without losing detail?
I use M$ Photo Editor and diagonal lines always look choppy on resized pix even at 100% quality settings.

 

That's because the site won't search for 3 letter words. It's here somewhere. Just don't know where

I was going to lunch last summer and pulled up next to this car on the street in Tustin CA. We exchanged thumbs up and went our own ways.

 

Yeah, it's a cool idea, but I'd much rather have an original 57-59 Chevy....
