Definitely going to be interesting to see what happens at RYR...things are falling apart pretty quickly now. Would love to see DJ be able to keep the #88...sure would be easier on my wardrobe.
Not hearing that he's definitely keeping the number, so maybe there is some behind the scene negotiations going on and the #44 thing is just a smoke screen.
I am willing to bet UPS will pony up the money to take the #88 with them as well.
I highly doubt we'll see the #28 anytime soon...not quite as sentimental as the #3, but runs a pretty close 2nd with alot of fans.
I think Gilliland would be a great choice for RYR...but they could be bringing him up too soon. My take...I see Leicht in the #90 Citifinancial Ford, Gilliland in the #36 M&M's and Ward Burton in another number TBA.

Congratulations to Jimmie Johnson and the entire Lowes team on their victory at the Brickyard.
Way to go guys!!!
Jimmie is now only one of two drivers who have won both the Daytona 500 and the Brickyard 400 in the same year. The only other driver to do this was Dale Jarrett who won both in 1996.

Here's a little bit of what is at my boyfriend Henry's house that I bought for him. There is more, but we ran out of room on the entertainment center.
One of the best things I bought for his collection was a set of 12 gold collector cards encased in plastic cases that were illustrated by Sam Bass. I'll take a picture and post it later this week if I get a chance.
I also have a huge collection of stuff at my place that I haven't unpacked yet. It consists of about 300-400 1/64 cars and haulers and about 30 1/24 cars. That also doesn't include the collection of Tony Stewart and Rusty Wallace car I inherited when my mother passed away. Before she died, she estimated that the value of her car collection exceeded $5,000 alone...one of those cars being a Tony Stewart 1/24 Elite Gold Rookie car. This does not include the six 3" binders full of collectible cards that go back years..and that's another story in itself.
