I hesitated to raise politic topic in the automotive community, but since you yourself are discussing, I want to satisfy my interest too.

Our television reports that there are street riots in the USA. Not everywhere, but big cities are suffering. Black and colored people are demanding preference under the slogan "black lives matter." If you believe the media, it turns out that there are 10 looters for one sincere protester. And the authorities kneel before them. It's true? Is it that bad?
I communicate with some Russians living in different states. They say it exists. But the marauders are afraid to enter the Russian quarters, they understand that they will lose their teeth. Therefore, my familiars also say that the protests are somewhere far away and do not concern them personally.
Simple curiosity, of course. But I would to receive first-hand information. Of course, if it is appropriate and does not violate the rules of communication on the site.

Yes, Geg it is true. The anarchists are running wild. Local governments are allowing it to happen. Following all the violence, vandalism, and looting we are seeing police department budget and manpower cuts. None of it has anything to do with the "black lives matter" movement.
