If the piece of human debris is dead, then the world is a better place, but it seems a little bit fishy. Burial at sea for Osama before his body is even cold out of respect? Obama supposedly ordered this because they are of the same faith and he understands the rituals but you have to think that perhaps there's another reason?

This is sure to make Americans forget about the rising fuel prices and high unemployment rate. Go Obama!

Didn't work, no upward poll bump for the Prez so far and i don't think that there will be any. It didn't improve my opinion of him one tiny bit. I'll give him credit for not wussing out, but that's about it.

And speaking of fishy, how about that "impromptu" celebration at the WH on Sunday evening, complete with Jerry Rivers, err, Geraldo Riviera? Seems way too staged-in-advanced to me ("Hey hold off on making the announcement until i can rustle me up some crowds to put on a show for the rubes...")

The story on ABC was that "no country would take him" and out of "respect for Islamic procedures" had to be buried within 24 hours. Note that contrary to what some would like think he is widely despised in the Muslim world, and has caused both directly and indirectly the deaths of more Muslims than any other race, nationality, or religious affiliation combined.

 

What worries me, he might wash up on shore in the next tsunami, and with all that radioactive radiation in the water, he might mutate into an evil power ranger. They should have cut him up for bait.

 

It would seem so...
