You know, South Weber is a small town. I'm sure a car as unique as a midnight blue Cobalt SS would be easy to find.

That's got to be the one they retest the retirees when they hit age 70. 50 in a 60 in the left lane...

As it said in the original post, this driver is seen doing his thing to other drivers, and the sad part is HE won't change!! If he does end up in wreck, he'll always blame someone else. these holes never change.

you may have something there. Our local highway patrol may be kind to those who speed slightly. but agressive,wreckless driving is NOT something they'll tolerate. next time I see this kid do something nasty.
I'll get his plates!
