That's very true, & using snow plows will scrape it & leave excess in the pot holes, & craters..

Not to mention Driveway Sealant is the biggest rip off..

Yes it looks so nice & black when done.. But asphalt needs to breathe, so sealing it insures that in 2 to 4 yrs the coated driveway will have more cracks
on it than a crack dealer..

So then it needs entirely replaced.. & the cycle continues..

Just what they need up in the Keystone State. Morton could quit bagging salt for the grocery stores for the amount they sell to PennDot!

You can actually hear the cars rust in PA on a warm spring night from the winter salt!

Maybe some of the "instant rustproofing" might actually be a good thing!
