Sorry, but that was a waste of my time. If someone's got that much time on their hands for a small taste of revenge, then they need to get a life! As a threadbomb in another thread stated: "Arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics: Even if you win, you're still retarded...", or something to that effect.

 

I agree. The whole thing is just stupid. Who would know so many people care about a stolen Sidekick, especially when they don't even know the owner. I can't believe the dude took a day off from work to harass people on the internet. He's just as bad if not worse. The ass shaking video was kind of funny though.

May be a waste of your time, but for many, this is a source of amusement.

Its not a small waste of revenge. Hes using a valuable media outlet to show a problem with society, using a decent example. Now the internet can start holding people accountable for their actions.
Just like some people would think coming to a website and posting reply after reply about nothing, would be retarded. But both you and I enjoy it, so we do it.

Its not that they really care. Its more like a public stoning. They may have not slept with your donkey....but youll pick up a rock if you had the chance! :)

The internet is becoming more a universal tool. Just because one may think its a waste of time, doesnt mean someone else does not benifit from it.

Okay, I'll bite - "the internet can start holding people accountable for their actions"??!! Have you seen the crap that's out there? If that were true, the internet would not be, for the most part, crap and porn. I'll agree that some if it is useful, amusing, and a powerful media outlet, but that 'some' is a very small percentage. If accountability were a characteristic of the internet, things would not spread so quickly, and the net wouldn't have so much kiddie porn, death videos, dancing babies, etc. Most studies show that a LARGE percentage of the 'net is porn, so I don't see how accountability comes into play. That said, stories like this one may be amusement for some, but the thing that sucks is that you actually have to read through a good portion of it to find that it's worthless info, and not entertaining OR amusing. Much like a bad movie, it's a waste of time, but that doesn't stop several versions of it being out there.
