how long does it take to get new plates in cali? has anyone been waiting a long time too?

In Florida, you are advised to order them 3 months in advance.

oh my...sounds like i should put on the plates that they gave me then huh?
i ordered 4 weeks ago.. I though it would be a semi fast turnaround time, guess not.

In Massachusetts it takes approx 3 months. I don't know if it's a set-up issue or the fact that prisoners do have rights.
