I see alot of people on here that mess around with photoshop so they can see different paint schemes, wheels, etc. I know nothing about photoshop, but would like to get it so I can play around with it before ever doing something drastic with my baby. Are there different versions? How much should I expect to pay?

 

jayhawker...it depends on what version you want to get. I've been told that Adobe Photoshop Elements is a great program that is user friendly. Your best bet is to get some opinions from others and then check them out on eBay. I just did a search for Adobe Photoshop and they have a bunch of stuff there. Just be careful to read the auction carefully to make sure you're getting the actual program and not just a tutorial. HERE are the results I got from eBay.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 came with my Canon scanner but I haven't had time to learn how to use it. I have Digital Image and Photo Impressions 3 that I use for downloading and editing photographs.

So Elements if not the full version of Photoshop? I'll have to get my son, the computer wiz to learn it when he's home so he can teach it to me.
