This forum has been around long enough that the danger of these two has already begun.

Honestly, enough people will usually slap the noob around that he will either fall in line or split. It's the rude old timer that is frequently the true problem. Since they think the forum belongs to them and that somehow they are ultimately integral to it, they are too often inflexible and aggressive.
You left out bossy noobs who think they run the forum?

We all have a common bond here, our HHRs. We can help each other, learn from each other and do it in an entertaining way. That's why I frequent this place. It seems like each of us has a slightly different view, a little different take on things and that keeps the discussion interesting.

I think it's a little to late for that now.

This site is all about sharing ideas AND having fun! As long as no one is offending anybody else it's all good.

Unfortunately some people offend others like it’s their day job!
Not to mention any names (CH) but I am really getting sick of it! I am going to start banning people now. I have wasted my time trying to be fair and ask for respect for me, our members, and our visitors. If you don’t care I won’t care anymore.

So I am done with the talk and I am doing the walk.

If you are and ass ---- > You will be banned. No questions, no explanations.

But what offends some doesn't offend others. Some people are a little overly sensitive also.

As a newb around here, I haven't found CH to be an ass. He just has "personality" in my view. But hey, that's just me.
