Anyone have a tape measure and their HHR handy? If so, could you please tell me the total length of the bottom most hole in the grille? I want to think it's like 40" but I am not sure. Anyone?

Do you want the distance across the lower grill opening - the one below the bumper, or do you want the distance across the lower slit in the grill attached to the hood? And if you want #2, the grill has a big curve in it - do want the distance 'on the curve', or the distance straight across?

 

#2 and yes, the distance including the curve.. Just came across something that I may end up doing, WHICH may include doing a 6000K HID Conversion!

Sorry. Didn't get back to here yesterday.

I measure the bottom slit on the grill at approx. 31". Maybe 31 1/4.....

And this is the bottom slit on the grill itself, not the gap between the grill and the top of the bumper.
