I got the call from the dealership in N Chas SC that they had picked up my HHR in Miami and it was ready for me to come get. 6 years, 83K+ miles later, it still give me joy to drive. Some random pics over the years.

First one I ever took. No tags, had already installed the first fogs I used along with the hitch.

That one of the Johnny Lightening's 1/64 scale that were out for a short time. Getting harder to find now. I have 3 blues and 1 silver. 1 of the blues and the silver are still packaged.

Happy Motoring to a long time member of this forum. I think you and myself have two of the earliest built HHR's on this site. Also we both have two of the best (with very few if any problems) HHR's. I always smile when I read that the early 06 have all the problems. Again as I see you are Having Happy Motoring in your early problematic 2006 HHR. Keep enjoying your 06 HHR!

Hey, just noticed. Shouldn't you be a Platinum Member? You and the car are over 6 years on the forum.. Not a big thing....but the recognition is nice.

Congratulations and Happy Birthday, also.

As far as the early ones, I did the the infamous AC growl. When that was fixed, there was also a recall for something in the cooling system that was done. But for the life of me, I can't remember what it was. Paperwork is still in the glove box. I did have one of the bowties replaced as it got the dreaded seperation. Which isn't bad for a 1st year.

Not a big deal for me. We all know management on this site is lacking in some areas. Mods are doing the best the can.

And thanks.
