Snow Flakes Xmas Cookies
1c butter, 3oz cream cheese, 1c sugar, 1egg yolk, 1tsp vanilla, 2 1/2 c shifted all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. cream butter, cheese and sugar well
2. beat in egg yolk, vanilla
3.gradually blend in flour, salt and cinnamon which have been shifted together
4. fill a cookie press. Form cookies on ungreaded cookie sheets
5. Bake 12-15 min at 350 F

Note: tried to use old chaulking tube an chaulking gun as a cookie press , does not work very well . Stay in garage and change oil and let the wife do the baking, you will both be happier.

Thanks...! I'll give them a try. We have two of our grandkids this week-end and we're baking all day Saturday. I've got a GREAT RUM BALL drops, I'll post.

With the snow that is to hit starting on Sat. you don't want to out in it so making cookies sounds good but don't eat many Rum Balls. Hope the weather turns out better than what they are calling for. Guess I'll get it first and you'll get it a couple hours later. Love it come January when Lake Erie freezes over and we don't get that lake effect. You know what I'm talking.
