Just shipped my slider from Canada, 40x32x8 and 67lbs, was 100.00 It came with Purolator in Canada, and handed it off to UPS (which sucks) here in the US. They charged me a 37.33 fee for nothing. So 200.00 for a bumper sounds good ??

Where are you in Ontario? If relatively close to the border, have it shipped to a UPS store ($5 service fee) and go pick it up yourself. Then declare it and pay whatever the HST is on it. I've been doing this for a couple of years with tires, car parts and guitars (from Ottawa to Ogdensburg); the savings between shipping to a US address and shipping across the border usually makes up for the cost of the trip, usually more if you combine items.
