Something new on a Camero????

I was rolling along on the Interstate and a new Camaro SS passed me, at about 5-10 over. I noticed his center wheel inserts were the Chevrolet blue bowtie with a larger red SS overprint. What is strange is.........you can't see the writing or logo on moving vehicles, especially at speed. I think the bowtie might have been a hologram. But what REALLY has me wondering, is they were exactly parallel to the ground. Even if you mounted them correctly and evenly, the forces of physics will make them unsinc, with turning, acceleration, etc. To much traffic to flag the driver and ask.

Is this stock? Anyone have any ideas how this is done? If aftermarket, where can you get them?
