Spelling errors

Doesn't take much to irritate me when I see spelling errors.
But, this one was kind of funny because of where it's located.

trough: a long, narrow open container for animals to eat or drink out of.

Yep. Got a small one in the back yard.

We used to have one in the men's washroom at the local dirt track, it was used for a different purpose! We used to say we were going to water the horses, or see a man about a horse!

Easy now, it was just a metaphor! We really didn't do that in the horses water!

I know it's embarrassing! When the seaway shut down the Main Street bridge back in the 1970's the local newspaper headline read, " Main Street Bride goes down for the last time" man you could here the laughter all across town when people sat down to read the paper after supper.
