That is a good sign. I feel the HHR is a decent platform for experimentation. Heck, we all feel that in this forum!

I've had folks like our HHR but not want one because it did not come in AWD.
I wonder if that is another option on the plate at some time?

Or how about the term-of-the-time- "hybrid"?

THings should be interesting with at least the SS!

If that's true and they do come out with a turbo version "SS" pumping out 260 hp. I will trade mine in!

Keep in mind, this is only a prototype. Sometimes, they do certain things to it to throw you off.

When the SS comes out, it will not be AWD, it will still be FWD

my comment back
"To Jalopnik,

I actually found your eval more amusing and your tone to be one of a mid life, love himself in crisis individual that really thinks his eval is worth anything more than the toilette paper you forgot to take on your trip.

The problem with your evaluation is you drive in the HHR and assume it is something it is not meant to be. You really did not drive it like something other than a standard guy that has no interest in cars to see what it can do. I thought you said you were a car guy. if you are then get off your butt, control your lack of enthusiasm and do your job and put it through the mill or dont evaluate it at all.

Is your job to evaluate cars that you drive or not. if it is, then do it with the gusto and not the sarcasm. you are not funny, just lazy and ignorant and full of yourself.

thanks, i actually enjoyed this,,, glad i read around to find a way to post back.

Take another look at the picture of the wheel and tire (clicking will enlarge).

Looks like GM is thinking about a performance tire also (unfortunately, not one that you guys in the north and east can use). But, it sucks in snow, etc.

Thanks for thinking about us in the north. The Front Bumper would have to changed. It really looks like a kit that can be done or added on. But then again its a different engine.
