Read about the Toyota Prius, where what it looks like the grass seems greener, but is not always the case:

Well, lots of cars have issues.... I mean, they aren't perfect...they're cars. Just sucks that some problems are worse than others. At least with the HHR, nothing (so far) has been life threatening.

Not that I put any stock in Consumer Reports, but non-sense like this, in particular with the Tundra, is what got Toyota off the "automatic recommended list".

Self acceleration is not a good thing. Being in denial of the facts is even worse. Shame on them.

Self-acceleration almost put Audi out of business in North America 25 years ago. It boggles my mind that they are producing vehicles that can overpower the braking systems and cause an epic failure 25 years after the Audi incidents. Something has got to be seriously wrong with their powertrain systems if surging and self-acceleration are getting people killed in a modern automobile.

I would hope that people understand that democracy promotes what people enjoy. This site is about people that enjoy fossil fuelz.

The other thing I hope you all realize is that, Consumer reports and any other auto mag is sponsered by auto makers. So the results tend to be biased toward the company who spendz the most in ad money. I used to sell cars and learned lotz in that time. Remember what you read is typically biased. thanx. and remember my punctuation sux.
