Well as many of you know my HHR is a company car and today it was called into action. After UPS had picked up yesterday an emergency order was found on the fax. It was requesting overnight/saturday delivery to Bevery Hills. It was too late to get to the UPS store so I volunteered to drive it up in the morning. Gee twist my arm, please. All I needed was an excuse to drive up there. So I got up early and washed the HHR (you can't go to Beverly Hills in a dirty HHR). It had been raining off and on all week. I was determined to make the best of it so here is my morning on the road.

The traffic was very light and I made it up there in about 30 min.


After dropping the toner off I decided to cruise around a bit.


Just a block up the street were some nice houses!


One house had about 9 ferrari's in the driveway, most had car covers on them.
Probably Nick Cage's place.


I found another place I could live with.


On my way back to Wilshire Blvd I wound up on Rodeo Drive, Now where is Dr. Ray's office at?


Now a guy works up and appetite cruising around so as long as I was up that way, where
else but the world famous Pink's Hot Dog stand!


People line up for a block to get one of these, I got the first one today!
I have to go back with Todd and kill some more of these.


They have pictures of almost everyone on the walls too.


So I had a pretty good day today and will gladly volunteer to deliver toner anywhere in the HHR.

 

Man, what a coooool trip!!!!!

Jesh... It's after 11p and that hot dog made me hungry.. gotta go....

Wow, looks like a tough life people have there in Beverly Hills! The HHR looks quite at home in an upscale community! Did you notice the patch job between the driveway apron & the street at the ferrari house? Probably to prevent those high $$$ machines from scraping their carbon fiber front splitters!
