they have the Ethanol 15% for 2.26.
what is funny is i was doing some reading on it and we have up to 10% in our gas in the metroplex now. supposedly the octane is higher and you get less MPG.
if it already has 10% why cant we run the 15% in it. i see it coming under $2 pretty fast?
i have read what they say but does anyone here think it will damage fuel lines and fuel pump using 15%?
i know that they can do 85% ethanol and your car would need changes.

I have been using 10% for the past 10-15 years with no problems. All gasoline powered vehicles can use a 15 ethanol blend fuel with out modifications. When the vehicle first starts using this fuel more frequent fuel filter changes will be required as the ethanol cleans the fuel system of accumulated garbage.
found this on 20% to 25%
While this is a good idea, a vehicle can not use a 20% blend without certain modifications to the fuel system. at the very least the fuel lines will need to be replaced since the ethanol will degrade them to the point where fuel pressure will cause the line to rupture. Also, the electric fuel pumps will need to be modified to resist ethanol "dry rot".
