What? I don't want this thread closed. I never said anything about closing the thread, I think it's a good thread.

That response was a response to Sindy's response where she doubled everything.

 

No but I had pancakes, you'd think that would be enough.

 

I would read "I thought she agreed with closing the poll" as an agreement that the poll should be closed, no matter how many pancakes I`d eaten.

Sindy, can you contact Jhonnyb and possibly come up with a conclusion as to if it`s proper etiquette to go into the profile area, come out , and use the information (names) on the open site.
If it`s ok, fine, if not, fine. I think it should be settled, while there`s some civility left.

 

Use ones one good judgement. More has been read into this than is really necessary. Gheee whizzzz....

 

Sindy, History has shown (on this site ), that good judgement isn`t as clear cut as you would like to think.
Jokes about the handicapped would be a good example.
I guess this poll will just die a slow death, unless you or another mod. locks it, I won`t. B/B

 

just a foot note here. Just because it may be proper etiquette, does not mean it will be followed properly. How many people still send out Thank You cards after receiving gifts? I do. I was raised to do the proper thing. but, if it still bothers you that people are using your real name, you do not have to remove it from your profile, just put a note with it asking people to use your screenname.
