I am so excited right now, we just bough a new house!! It is really gorgeous, we have been searching for a long time, and we finally found what we were looking for. i prefer ranch w no 2nd floor for these really hot summers

sometimes in the hottest part of the summer i run a garden hose up on the roof and run a timer so it comes on for 5 min then off for 30 to help cool off the roof

 

Well, this house has a seperate air conditioner for the upstairs, plus we will have ceiling fans installed

We will be pinching pennies for w awhile in the new house. Just so everybody knows, I am 14 years old, so this is my dad's house.

This is my parents 3rd house since they were married in 1986, so no, they are not first time buyers.
