What do y'all think is 'pricey' when it comes to homes?

300,000 + 400,000 is pricey to me... But then, the most value of any house I ever lived in was 275,000... And to me, That was luxury, Damnit!

My house is at about my limit at $130,000 and is in a pretty nice suburban area. The price of a pretty nice house around me is between $100,000 to $250,000 give or take. Of course you can get them for a lot more or a lot less depending on where you want to live and house/lot size. My house is worth a bit more than the surrounding houses which average at around $100,000 but my house is a little bigger and better than the others.

Depends on income, condition of the house, and location.

A $100,000 home would break me. However, I have family that live in $250,000 houses and don't bat an eye. It's a totally subjective subject.
