Its as if they want their cars to look like they don't care about them. The whole trend is unsavory to me. Different strokes for different folks. I couldn't care less, all I can offer is my opinion. It looks stupid, and seems to me like they are trying too hard to give their cars a weathered look... without putting it through the paces.

That textured car looks awful.

If it was on a Jeep or a off-road vehicle it be kool , I did see it once in black on a street rod and it looked good but on that car not so much .

I actually had a 93 Cherokee that i planned on doing this too but never did and sold it. Im kinda tempted to do it on the hhr but im scared because its a 2010 haha. Idk.. ive heard its very durable even.to door dings and stuff.

It doesn't really pop, just looks like a dull finish (primed only) from a distance. It was something I often thought about for my old rusted S10.

Read the comments, I learned Audi owners are not nice people.

I'm getting a bigger kick out of reading all of the posts on that site regarding the car itself. Can you imagine any of us posting such crass, rude remarks on the HHR site? Personally, I think he should hire out some grafitti artists - you know - the ones you see in the inner cities and have them jaz up the car a bit. :)
