It might actually increase mileage. Small surface bumps or divots increase laminar flow.

My paint supplier, Alsa, has a line of flat paint that is popular with the rat rod crowd. Not as rough as this, but similar in matte finish and a lot of neat colors available.

In the late 70s there was someone in my area with a station covered with indoor/outdoor carpet. I didn't like that, and I don't care for this.

Wow those Audi guys are brutal. My first thought was that I like it...especially when I think about how much I spend to wash and wax my car. Seems like a practicle paint job; though I would prefer flat black.

the audi looks like it was rhino lined, looks kind of cool. i wouldnt do it but i would like to see it done like the audi
