Am certain it was Hound Dog Man, by Elvis Presley. It was a riot in those days. The kids went nuts over him and the parents thought he was a Communist. It's really funny, he moved his hips and the older generation thought it was disgusting and immoral. Today, it seems lame.

39 years young I am sure I heard older rock n roll than that but that was life changing, I can still see the disco sucks t shirts

 

I've been looking at getting one those turntables with a usb plug to rip my vinyl to mp3. Long live pops and hisses!

 

I really can't even remember. It might have been Golden Eariing's "Radar Love". Or it may have been Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein".

And I also still have a turntable.
