Ours is to cut up our credit cards, stick to a strict budget, and get out of debt.

Mine is to not make any resolutions. I tend not to stick with them, so why lie about it? I could afford to drop 10 pounds, but I won't be fretting over it. I stopped smoking 3 years ago. I'm never going to be wealthy (moneywise), so I'm planning on staying on my even keel. Less stress that way.

To those of you who make resolutions to improve your health by losing weaight or more importantly, stop smoking, I truly wish you well and hope you follow through.

Happy New Year everyone!

I'm with Firewatcher. I don't make resolutions that I can't keep. I quit smoking 6 months ago, and remain smoke-free today. I've already lost the whopping 6 pounds I gained after quiting, plus an additional 9..... about 40 more to go..... My only promise is to try and be a better person than I was the previous year.

Mine is to lose twice as much weight as I did this year. I take baby steps and find it's easier to reach my goals.
