Wow - when it began oscillating from side to side, and those restraints snapped - DANG. I hope no one was hurt. Boy I bet the owner of the car was pretty mad, even if the shop has insurance for that sort of thing.

Now that would be outright dangerous to do that, and do another run-up, unless they have learned their lesson and have installed better restraints. Insurance companies take a dim view of paying for identical problems like that.
