Where Do You Work?
I worked for a container shipping company called APL (American President Lines) in Englewood. I handle releasing our bills of lading out to the ports so the containers can be picked up.
For those of you that live in Colorado if you see a semi with a red eagle logo or APL on it, those are what we ship good in. As a matter of fact anyone should be able to see those especially if you live near a rail yard or port.

I work for a major corporate jet manufacturer. I used to work in the service center doing landing gear removal/overhaul, engine changes, inspections, return to service runs, stuff like that. I REALLY enjoyed that.
I have recently changed positions in the company, now I'm an inspector on the completions side of things. I inspect the installation of the customer options and interior. Not as much variety, but less stress.
Check here to see what I get to play with.

I manage a Limousine company in the city of Sausalito, just north of San Francisco.
we specialize in corporate transportation, and chartered events.
I do the following:
answer phones all day
book reservations
dispatch drivers
moniter incoming flights
handle ALL insurance policies(workman's comp, commercial car insurance, health insurance policies)
I deal with all permits, licenses, and PUC (public utilities commission)
I handle all aspects of vehicle licensing, registration, repairs, and warranty issues
I handle all payroll duties
...other than that, I sit infront of a computer and somehow manage to find time during my daily schedule to mingle with you good people, and visit acouple other message boards.
I leave for work at 4:30am for my 60 mile commute, and leave my desk at 2:30pm to commute back...I usually head straight to my friend's auto repair shop where I lend him a hand in repairs, as well as work on our race cars.
weekends...are a welcome sight for me.
