Hi!
I'm a newbie here so I thought I would check in. My wife and I both have '06s which have both been mildly customized. Actually, mine has been re-branded altogether and serves as the prototype for the new CSV.
Her mods include custom grill, chrome wheels, and the biggest
and loudest Boom Box I have ever seen! We had to get the kid across the street to show us how to use it!
We are considering selling the boom box, but I had a recent encounter with a "young adult" in a Toyota PU who was blasting me with his. Now, let it be known that we have never used ours offensively, however ..... a little Eagles Heartache Tonight cranked up to just beyond mid-range brought on a look of shock that was Priceless!
He turned his down 3 times, then off. When the light changed, he slowly drove away while giving me a very interesting wave. I think what he really meant was:
So seeing what this new weapon can do, we might want to keep it....
Good to be here and hope y'all will pick up on an extension of the Corvette expression "Save The Wave".
