Not to throw stones, but I see some of the "missing" involved with other forums. I am too, but I stay in contact. Is there something about this forum that's bad? That needs to change? To get "them" back?

Depends on which fourm they are on now, as to what and if it could be changed.
Some people are just followers, and follow others, yet others are true blue and stay together.

I see some elsewhere also.......some left by choice, others not by choice.

There are some things about this HHR forum I don't like, just like there are some things about the other HHR forums that I don't like. I've found 5.

One is/was dead, no one is running it and it's just a place for spam. No real posts. Another is just too expensive and really isn't very active. Another is more club-oriented. Its fine for what it is, basically dead though. I'm no longer welcome there. The other I visit almost as often as here. I really like it becuae it offers me things I can't get here. There are things about that forum I don't like though.

Then there is this forum. I really like this one too. It has much to offer, and is very active. It offers me a lot that I can't get on the other forum that I like.

I won't mention the names of these other forums because that's not important, anyone could find them if they wanted to. My point is, people come and go. I don't see a need for this forum to change (it changes naturally anyway), just like I see no need for the others to change. (Well, maybe the dead one!) Each one serves the purpose its owner intended it to.

Thanks Mike! One of the things I love about this place is that everyone can express and opinion, and most are pretty darned good! I have been able to get lots of info from lots of people. Even met a few in person (Tom and Chris), and hopefully someday CH. Guess I'll stick around a while longer and watch the changes because change is good.

It's not what the author is saying, it's how it's said that can come off as unacceptable. Thus, forming the opinion that one can't express their opinion(s).
