OMG, did you notice the poster with Groucho Marx in the background?
A little sleuthing finds it's the Cosmos theater at 921 Pennsylvania Ave in Washington DC. The Marx Brothers were doing Vaudeville at that time. The tag on the car is 1922 so this puts them right on the brink of the "big time" on Broadway in 1924.
