Yeah I would use them, many times. I let my girls run there hands down a car in old navy the one day. I couldn't fit to open my sliding van door so I climbed in the front my side and they came up between the two to get in. Oh well, had open spaces all around us and idiot just had to do this. (93 mini van I was driving at the time) Meh, have fun with the swirl marks.

I would if they were free... otherwise no. Maybe I'm just a cheap ass.

The old saying goes "If you can't drive it, park it"

What happens when they can't park it?

No I wouldnt. I park away from everyone and walk a mile to get to the door. Have had to many dings and scratches on others cars from someone parking to close to me.

I heard a story of a 300+ pound guy who did NOT appreciate the 1/4 inch gap someone left between the vehicles. He rummaged in his trunk for his "mirror adjuster ". Climbed in through the pass side. Rolled down his window. Slid his mirror adjuster out a little. Then he drove slowly and carefully back and forth each time moving his mirror adjuster about an inch or so each pass down the whole side of the offenders truck. Eventually he got out and the poor parker had a new set of "racing stripes" that looked like a T-rex took a slash at the truck.
