I wipe the rubber grommets with some hi-temp grease, makes stock box easy Off & On.

Never had any problems after that. (when I ran stock box)..

Something out of whack if it doesn't line up on re-assembly. Once intake hose to throttle body is plumbed & tightened, should not move.

x2 - high temp, or silicone grease really helps. Giving them a shot with silicone spray the night before you do the removal also helps.

Even with grease etc., one of my grommets disinegrated during disassembly, and I had to canabilize a spare side-cover grommet to create a replacement grommet. Not a big deal - $hit happens. :-)

Airbox Grommet

Does anyone have the part number for this grommet? I've tried to find it on several sites and the local dealers are not very helpful.
