Ill be changing the fuel injectors on my HHR and was wondering if I can reuse the insulators that are on the old ones?

You can try. Mine were a mess, easier to replace than to clean.

I didn’t order them, thought they came with the new AC Delco injectors, they don’t.
cleaning wasn’t very fun , but didn’t want to wait for them from the inter webs!

I know that feeling 😃 i just ordered an installation "kit" from rockauto. It should be here about the same time as the injectors.

I was wondering if there's the two part numbers for both the injectors and the insulators.
I'd like to replace them, since I've noted that they are still the original ones, and I see that I'm over 25k beyond the recommended replacement time.
Thanks!

Where did you see a recommended replacement interval? I have never seen one.

The insulators are a separate part, but they both come with injector O-rings.

AC Delco # 2172257 replacement for GM #12593747
And the fuel injectors are AC Delco #12613163 fuel injectors

the part numbers are in the RockAuto website. Don’t forget the discount code!!

There is a caveat on the part numbers: the ECM is programmed for a particular part number get the same part number that comes out. Some 2.4L had updated programming and injectors.

BUT, there is no point in replacing them for no reason.
