I lived in Spencerport for 28 years. Me I took it to my local mechanic. But open drain **** and clollect old antifreeze (PITA to get rid of), flush radiator, add more dexcool and refill.

My Thermostat recently stuck and the dealer did ours for FREE - Happened like the 3rd day after we just bought the car. We got lucky I guess, but we had bigger issues before that so I'm sure yet another reason there were no charges.

What ever you do, do not let that dex-cool get to be more that five years old in your cooling system.

Why would you post that? You already opened a separate thread on it.
