Free Oil Change FTW!

Just got back from my first of many (lifetime) free oil changes from Parkland Chevrolet.

I figured this would be a quick half... yeah oil change. But no. They not only replaced the oil filter and changed the oil with Mobil1, they also lubed the chassis. It doesn't stop there. They then went ahead and checked:

tire tread
pressure
brake lining
wiper blades
battery
tranny
brake fluid
windshield
battery cables and connections
power steering
turn signals/marker lights/tail lights
rear wiper blade
headlights
Overall exterior condition
hoses
joints
engine
shocks/struts
exhaust
belts
cooling
back up lights
linkage
filters
fuel system

Not bad for free!

Parkland Chevy FTW!

I'm Jealous...... Got to pay for/do my own, but gives me an excuse to rotate while I've got the floor jack out.

I've done it on all my other cars, by why spend the money when they will do the exact same thing, and more, for free.

If they didn't use synthetic I would have done it myself, but they use it. I probably should rotate the tires though.

When you say "free" oil change, do you mean you "purchased" a maintenance contract and "paid" for the oil changes in your contract? Or do you mean "free" oil change and you paid nothing for them at the time of signing the contract?

I got my service agreement for free do to Chevy couldn't fix an issue I was having with my SS so yes mine are actually free...the Issue with the boost gauge flickering. Now I'm having the tire pressure issue on the right rear
