Do any of you change the filter between oil changes? With the oil life at about 12k plus (Mobil1), As small as the HHR filter is, I was thinking about changing the filter at about every 6k, change both at about 18k.

I did a search and didn't find anything on this subject.....Bill

 

Yes some do - and yes, it has been discussed before usually in along with the multitude of "how frequently do you change oil" threads.

If you try the search again, you will find a few references to it. Just do a search for " frequency oil filter ".
