Transmission/engine mount rubber

Hello, new to the forum and new to HHR's.
I'm looking for the name and part number of this rubber on my 2006 HHR 2.4 LT with automatic transmission.

Is it a transmission mount or an engine mount?
Or maybe a combination of the two?

The rubber is broken and now the flexible hose on my exhaust is starting to leak, I think due to the broken rubber.
I already have a replacement exhaust piece, but I first want to replace this rubber in the red rectangular where the green arrow is pointing at:

Mount 1

And do I have to order the entire mount (including the part in the yellow rectangular) or just the rubber part?

Mount 2

Is this part that I'm after?

Transmission mount. There is a front and a rear Plus the motor mount at the front of the engine (passenger side).

I’d replace all 3 mounts.

The other mounts were already replaced by a previous owner, so I want to know the name and part number for this particular mount.
Is it the one I showed in that link, screenshot below:

Shipping will take over 2 weeks.

You show the rear transmission mount, the listing you show is for that same rear mount

OK, thanks!
So those two bolts for the boltholes mount through the subframe?
I couldn't get a good view of the way it's mounted looking from above in the engine bay.
Also tried to find an "exploded view" drawing of the engine and transmission but no luck.

So there are three bolts in total, thanks!

Yes, I saw those sticking through the subframe when I crawled under the car.
Had no vision or clue if they were connected to the transmission mount or not.

Found this online in a 2006 HHR PDF, I will post them for future reference:
