Lightbulb Turn signal not blown but not working

Hello! I am having an issue with my right front turn signal. It started after I went through a bunch of mud. I don’t have a fender well guard on the front right side and have never had an issue with it missing until now. The turn signal had the classic quick blinking as if the bulb was blown. I had a set of new bulbs, and when I went to replace the bulb, my heart sank a little because the old bulb was fine. I installed a new bulb just to make sure that it wasn’t a defect with the bulb. That didn’t fix the issue.

I then traced back the wiring harness to check for any damage, and unless I missed something, I couldn’t find an issue with the wiring inside the fender well. I traced it back to the connection on the left side of the car and didn’t see anything wrong with the connection. I checked for power and ground at the light pigtail and got nothing.

I’ve been trying to find a wiring diagram for the turn signals, but I haven’t had any luck. From what I’ve read, it looks like the power comes straight from the ECU, if I’m not mistaken. I am trying to at least find power somewhere to start off at and go from there, but I have had no luck.

I appreciate any help given!

It’s either a fuse problem or a relay issue or a bad ground wire connection. Then again a burnt bulb socket is plausible. Check the fuses and relays , here’s a map for them

Do we know that bulbs are good at both ends?

Find your free manual.

So I did check all the fuses and relays inside the engine bay. I didn't know there was another inside the car. by the looks of it I don't see a fuse for turn signals on there but I will defiantly check to make sure

if you're talking about both the front and rear turn signals it's just the front right light that isn't working

greg8453 gave you a link to a FREE service manual that includes wiring diagrams. Your guess about the power supply is wildly wrong.
If the LEFT front side marker and both filaments in the RIGHT turn signal are also out then it is the ground wire that goes to the left front shock tower.
No fuses or relays involved.

I did mention a bad ground wire in my post.

How many bulbs in this circuit? Does the rear have a bulb?

The Right front turn and parking and the LEFT front side marker share a common ground wire. The RIGHT turn signal is all by itself on the + side. The RIGHT turn signal is by itself on the + side. All of them get power from the BCM.
