What's with the Rock Auto Site ????

Anybody noticed a Major Change in the Rock Auto site or am I just loosing it...

I cannot get it to be User Friendly anymore.

Just ordered some new shocks a few weeks ago without any problem but now it is totally different and Very confusing.

I feel like I took some CRAZY PILLS !!!

What's your Opinion ???

Works fine for me. Must be you.

For instance, as I pointed out before Java needs to be manually updated, and you security is probably blocking it by default.

Donbrew,

I did uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Java after reading your post on it.

I have also rechecked for any additional updates in the meantime.

My last order to Rock Auto 2 weeks ago went just fine and I have never had an issue from all prior orders until now. I have no problem getting on the Home Page but it is when you try to move ahead to enter your vehicle info and look up parts and order them from there.
That part of there current site is not at all the same as before.
It takes you to some RSS Feed garbage Page instead of where you should be directed.

That looks like what I used to get. Did you have to go thru the RSS Feed Page on the way??

I have not done anything else that should change any settings or anything else.

I am going to bring out my other computer when I get a chance and hook it up to see if it has the same problem...

The issue acts like a road block that got thrown in somehow.

Are you using Internet explorer 11 ?

Wow.....

Now I am scratching my head.

I have tried it 4 times with the same results.

Guess I will find out when I switch computers tomorrow.

Are you up to date on your windows updates ??

New monthly updates will be available tomorrow as well.

What is an "RSS feed"?

Think of RSS as cruise control for your computer. RSS means "Really Simple Syndication." You tell your "RSS reader" what sites to monitor and let your computer watch for new information. Your "RSS reader" will tell you when it finds something interesting. RSS feeds are free and you don't need to supply any personal information to subscribe.

How do I sign up?
Current versions of many popular browsers have RSS readers built-in -- just click on the orange button in the online catalog next to your car's year, make and model, click the button next to the feed you want.

What RSS feeds does RockAuto offer?

• In our online parts catalog, you will find two RSS feeds available for your vehicle. One feed will send you an alert as soon as we list new parts for your vehicle; the other feed will keep you informed of wholesaler closeout parts available for your vehicle!

I cannot get past this page to continue my parts search and order....
